The city has lifted the boil water notice.  According to their Facebook Post they have fixed the problem and the boil alert is now lifted:

The City of Sealy has issued a boil water notice, effective immediately, until further notice. This notice applies to residents living within the designated area as indicated on the map below, encompassing Acres Ln, parts of Gebhart Rd, and Rogers Ln.
