A new Senate Report being released today seems to show that the CIA misled both the Senate and the White House on their interrogation program and that the “enhanced interrogation techniques” did not provide any additional information.  In fact, in page after page of previously classified evidence, the Senate Intelligence Committee report on C.I.A. torture rejects the notion that the agency would not have found Bin Laden if it had not tortured detainees.  Ben Emmerson, UN special rapporteur on counter-terrorism and human rights, said:
