On Wednesday night Christian City hosted a discussion entitled “Should I Vaccinate My Child” with guest Dr. Jani Lindsay. Dr. Lindsay is a Molecular Biologist with a background in Pulmonary Toxicology and has been in the field for over 30 years. Dr. Lindsay gave some great information with plenty of visuals to give parents the tools to make an informed decision as to the best course when making medical decisions on your child’s health.

Sealy High School Project Lead the Way students took to the water to test out their custom water crafts. Students designed and built, using limited materials, and had to prove that their boat could float!
The Austin County Sheriff’s Office, Sealy PD and members of the HIDTA Task Force conducted a narcotics operation in the 2300 block of Hwy 36 in Sealy, TX. The operation resulted in the arrest of two and seizure of 166 grams of methamphetamine, counterfeit United States currency, and a loaded 12 gauge shotgun. The defendants were arrested on multiple charges including Manufacturer/Delivery of a controlled substance, felon in possession of a firearm, and possession of counterfeit currency.
A routine traffic stop by the Sealy PD on Interstate 10 resulted in a narcotics arrest and seizure of drugs and $19,000 in cash.
