The Austin County Sheriff’s Office released details of a recent drug bust in Sealy.  Members of the HIDTA Task Force conducted a narcotics operation in the 2300 block of Hwy 36 in Sealy, TX.  The operation resulted in the arrest of defendants Kyle COKER and Sarah LEE. During the course of the operation, investigators seized 166 grams of methamphetamine, counterfeit United States currency, and a loaded 12 gauge shotgun. The defendants were arrested on multiple charges, which include Manufacturer/Delivery of a controlled substance, felon in possession of a firearm, and possession of counterfeit currency. Investigators also discovered COKER has 7 outstanding felony warrants from Harris County and that LEE was on parole. Both defendants were booked into the Austin County Jail without incident. Multiple agencies participated in the operation including the Austin County Sheriff’s Office and Sealy Police Department.
