Tuesday night Sealy City Council once again tabled the approval of the I-10 Frontage Road project that has been on the books since 2011.  The project is a partnership by the City of Sealy and the developers of Town Center Plaza.  The frontage road project was first estimated at 2.1 million dollars, but due to the delays the price has increased.  Mike Weber was there representing Town Center Plaza and to address the council. He was also there to present the city with the developers portion of the payment to get the project started. Once again, after a closed meeting with the city attorney, the council tabled the project for further discussion.
