The Sealy Tiger Boys Varsity Soccer team secured a victory in their neutral tournament game against the Livingston Lions on Thursday, with a final score of 4-1. The game was held at the Huffman Hargrave Tournament.
Leading the way for the Tiger’s was sophomore Israel Santos, who scored an impressive three goals. Senior D’vonne Hmielewski also contributed to the team’s success with one goal. Both Hmielewski and senior Tanner Ellis were credited with assists.
Santos was named the Sealy player of the game for his outstanding performance. The team looks to continue their winning streak as they face off against the 1-4 Silsbee Tigers on Friday, January 13th at 11 am. On Saturday, they will take on the East Chambers Winnie, TX Buccaneers at 1 pm on January 14th.
