The Austin County Commissioners Court rescinded the burn ban at yesterdays meeting.  It was felt that sufficient rain has fallen to allow for people to do the necessary burning that they need to.  Commissioner Mark Lamp did request that they take a look at conditions again in two weeks when the court will meet again to see if possibly the ban would need to be put back in place.  You can view the discussion below at the 00:10:05 mark of the video.
