Has anyone actually looked at the UN Charter? Does anyone really understand that the UN Charter is completely incompatible with the Constitution of the United States? Does anyone realize we are already bound by this Charter since 1945?
The preamble of the Charter is just the beginning:
“To maintain international peace and security, and to that end: to take effective collective measures for the prevention and removal of threats to the peace, and for the suppression of acts of aggression or other breaches of the peace, and to bring about by peaceful means, and in conformity with the principles of justice and international law, adjustment or settlement of international disputes or situations which might lead to a breach of the peace;”
You CANNOT maintain INTERNATIONAL peace and security. It is an impossibility. But even more so, you cannot do it if your primary focus, as the Constitution demands is to:
“Preserve the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity.”
You cannot secure Liberty you cannot defend freedom of conscience, speech, press, assembly, and the right to protest government, if you’re actions are motivated to the “suppression of acts of aggression or other breaches of peace.”
The UN preamble also states:
“to establish conditions under which justice and respect for the obligations arising from treaties and other sources of international law can be maintained,”
The Constitution demands respect of Liberty above all. It demands supremacy of the Constitution and that one goal. You cannot maintain the integrity of the Constitution if we are going to be focused upon treaties and international law. What if those treaties, what if that international law is contrary to the Constitution? The UN Charter requires that America throw off its Constitution in submission to the Charter.
We are all so concerned about UN Treaties. But we have ALREADY signed onto the biggest and worst UN agreement already that will require our eventual and full compliance with the rest.
Do you know what the real kicker is? The Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties, which we signed onto in 1986, says:
“Any reservation that is “incompatible with the object and purpose” of a treaty is void as a matter of the Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties and international law.”
So any reservation we have about a section or sections of UN Treaties, is irrelevant. Once we have signed on, its all or nothing.
So we haven’t signed on to the UN Gun Treaty or the Land Sea Treaty, right? That is true, but we have signed onto the UN Charter and that opens the door for the UN to have a legally justified action to force us to comply whether we want to or not. That will never happen here, some might say. I say we are creeping closer and closer to that possibility with everY international joint action we preform and allow on our own soil.
So what do we do? We have to remove the UN from our soil NOW and we have to relinquish our membership in the UN. If we do not, we have only begun to see what will happen. Because this was only a review of 2 subsections of the Preamble. What happens when you really look at the rest?
