The Bellville Chamber of Commerce hosted their Network Luncheon on Wednesday at the First National Bank of Bellville’s  Civic Center.  The guest speaker for the event was Texas Senator Lois Kolkhorst.  Kolkorst gave a state of affairs in Austin and outlined several pieces of legislation that she had a hand in passing as well as some of the difficulties experienced while they made their way through the process.  The luncheon lasted about an hour.
