Larry Koy and Jennifer Sullivan were sworn in and took their oath of office Tuesday night at the Sealy City Council Meeting.   Koy won his contest for Place 5 on Sealy’s City Council beating Everett Bubak by 417 to 290.  Sullivan won her position for Place 4 of Sealy City Council by beating Kerry Hinze Kovar 447-256.  After being sworn in and a round of applause by audience members the two newly elected council members took their place for the remainder of the city council meeting.
