Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Escrow Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in loan processing, financial services, and escrow procedures. As an Escrow Assistant, you will play a crucial role in facilitating real estate transactions by ensuring all documentation and funds are processed accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

- Assist with opening and closing escrow accounts
- Review loan documents for accuracy and completeness
- Coordinate with lenders, real estate agents, and clients to gather necessary information
- Prepare escrow instructions and settlement statements
- Ensure compliance with TILA, Fair Housing regulations, and company policies
- Handle inquiries from clients regarding the escrow process
- Support Escrow Officers in managing escrow transactions
