Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Supervisor to oversee multiple locations within our organization. As a District Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of employees, driving business development, and ensuring profitability across your assigned district. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, strategic planning abilities, and a passion for achieving results.

The available district consists of 9 locations in between Houston and San Antonio. The locations are: Hempstead, Brenham, Somerville, Bellville, Sealy, Schulenburg, Weimar, Flatonia and Hallettsville.

Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to store managers within the district
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and increase profitability
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, profit loss statements, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Identify areas for improvement and implement process improvement initiatives
- Conduct regular store visits to assess operations, provide feedback, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans
- Train and develop store managers in areas such as sales techniques, customer service, and operational procedures
- Oversee the hiring, onboarding, and performance management of store managers
- Ensure consistent implementation of company standards across all locations
- Handle escalated customer complaints or issues in a timely manner

Skills:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Proven experience in business development and driving sales growth
- Excellent financial acumen with the ability to analyze profit loss statements and make data-driven decisions
- Strategic planning abilities to set goals, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources effectively
- Process improvement mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions
- Experience in supervising teams and managing multiple locations
- Strong sales skills with the ability to drive revenue growth
- Project management skills to oversee initiatives from conception to completion

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $72,000.00 per year
