Job Summary:
A Tomball, Texas headquartered company is currently seeking a Data Entry Specialist. This role will involve serving as a vital member of the data entry support team, assisting with daily online operations.

Responsibilities:
-Accurately inputting data into the online auction platform.
-Engaging with vendors to verify and confirm the accuracy of all information prior to the scheduled event.
-Customer service experience should encompass various channels including face-to-face interaction, phone calls, email support, and live chat communication.
-Providing customer payment assistance and conducting one-on-one training sessions, both in-person and through the online auction platform.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all data
- Perform basic mathematical calculations to ensure accuracy of numerical data
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files as necessary
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks

-Skills Required:
-Typing 50 WPM or Higher
-Associates Degree or years’ of similar experience
-Must have 2+years of data entry experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (knowledge of pivot tables is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
