The Lady Knights Volleyball had a full schedule this week. On Monday, October 12, they made the trek out to Temple to face Texas Christian. The Lady Lions proved to be too much for the Lady Knights and took the match 3-0 (25-18, 25-13, 25-13). “Our serve receive struggled and we were unable to get our offense firing on all cylinders.” Coach Stumph reported.
The Lady Knights played host to the Conroe Lifestyles Victors on Tuesday, October 13 for their second district meeting this season. The Lady Knights took the victory 3-0 (25-13, 25-15, 25-14) to commemorate it’s annual Pink Out Match and Parent Night.
To wrap up the week, the Knights traveled to Magnolia to face Legacy Prep. With a team attack average of .213 and a total of 18 serving aces, the group nabbed their eighth district win. Come on out to Beth Keaton Gymnasium this Monday 10/19 and Tuesday 10/20 at 6pm (JH at 5:00pm) to watch the Lady Knights conclude their 2015 regular season competition.
