The Buccaneer Alumni Lettermen Association will host its annual golf tournament Saturday, Aug. 9 at Brenham Country Club to benefit the Blinn College Athletic Department.
The 18-hole, four-person modified scramble includes a meal ticket, green fee, mulligans, cart and putting and hole-in-one contests for $500 per team. The shotgun start is set for 1 p.m.
The first 36 paid teams will be accepted. Individual and team entries must be received by noon on Aug. 4. Handicaps must be pro-attested or committee-approved.

Blinn has competed in intercollegiate athletics since 1903 and captured 29 NJCAA national championships since 1987. During the 2013-14 academic year, Blinn’s baseball, softball and volleyball teams each earned all-academic recognition from the NJCAA.
