3. Consideration and possible action to authorize the County to execute any and all
necessary documents, including but not limited to, a financing agreement, to enter into an
Energy Professional Services Contract with Way Service, Ltd, subject to third-party
engineering review.
4. Consideration and possible action to authorize bidding for materials for Bernard Road as
part of the County’s TxDOT TIF projects.
5. Consideration and possible action to ratify one-time variance from Subdivision
Regulations to subdivide 3 acres out of 60 acres on Eben Road in Precinct 2.
6. Consideration and possible action to authorize one-time variance from Subdivision
Regulations to subdivide 1 acre out of 112 acres on Bartlett Road in Precinct 4.
