A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF CITY OF SEALY, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A LIBRARY SERVICES AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN SAID CITY AND VIRGIL AND JOSEPHINE GORDON MEMORIAL LIBRARY; REPEALING ANY POLICIES AND PRACTICES, WRITTEN OR ORAL, INCONSISTENT OR IN CONFLICT WITH THIS RESOLUTION; TO BECOME EFFECTIVE ON OCTOBER 1, 2016.

18. Discussion and possible action regarding the Texas Municipal Retirement System (TMRS) user entity controls policy and procedures.
