The San Felipe De Austin Museum had their grand opening on Friday, April 27, 2018. This brand new, state-of-the-art 10,000 square foot museum offers visitors a chance to see unique objects on display including a desk that once belonged to Stephen F. Austin, an 1830s cast iron printing press, and many artifacts recovered during archaeological investigations at the site.
Located at 220 2nd St, Sealy, TX 77474, the San Felipe de Austin Museum opens daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
