Janet Adams ’98 ’01, a Texas A&M University graduate, has dedicated over two decades to the food science industry, specializing in product development and technical sales. Her career has included roles at major companies like Frito Lay and Parker Products, where she contributed to successful product launches and developed a deep understanding of the Texas food industry. Now serving as president of the Texas Food Processors Association, Adams is passionate about mentoring students and promoting opportunities in food science and technology.
