Angelina won the opener 12-2 in five innings and won the second game 6-5.
The Buccaneers fell to 2-7 overall and 0-3 in region play.
In Game 1, freshman Cole Smajstrla hit his third home run of the season in the fifth inning, a two-run shot to put Blinn on the board.
Blinn finished with two hits and Angelina scored 10 unearned runs.
In Game 2, the Buccaneers scored three runs in the third inning and two in the fifth, but the Roadrunners eked out the one-run win.
Freshman Chase Arnaud finished with two hits and two RBIs for the Bucs, and freshmen Luke Nail and Bo Rodgers also drove in runs for Blinn. Freshman reliever Will Gross took the loss.
Blinn resumes its season against No. 1-ranked McLennan Community College at 1 p.m. Friday in Waco, Texas.
Blinn has competed in intercollegiate athletics since 1903 and captured 42 NJCAA national championships since 1987.
