They made the announcement to the community on their Facebook Page:

Sealy Police Department to collect and dispose of unwanted OTC and prescription medications, including controlled substances, free of charge.

We are pleased to announce that we are a new participant to the MedSafe program to properly dispose of unwanted and expired prescription medication, including controlled substances. We understand that improperly disposed and unused medications are a public health and safety concern. Medications that are improperly disposed can be misused, abused, stolen, accidentally ingested, and can potentially contaminate the environment.

MedSafe, a Sharps Compliance product based in Houston, with funding provided by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality and Houston-Galveston Area Council Solid Waste Management Program, provided the drug collection box now located at the police station. As part of the Secure and Responsible Drug Disposal Act, effective in 2014, MedSafe offers a safe, cost-effective and operationally efficient system for public disposal of unused and unwanted consumer medications including controlled substances. You may now dispose of unwanted, expired and unused medications with the police department.
** Please note that this collection site is for the citizens of Austin County.
No pharmaceutical businesses, medical clinics, or hospitals allowed. **
We will continue to participate in the DEA “National Drug Take Back Day” when scheduled.
