Niche.com has released their “2015 Best Towns In Texas” and Sealy came in at #77. Our next door neighbor, Brenham, came in at an impressive #10. Unfortunately, on a national scale, Texas didn’t have a single city/town make their list.

These are the rankings that Niche gave to Sealy:
- Things To Do: B- (Incorporates statistics that capture the variety of things to do in the area.)
- Easiest Commute: c+ (Incorporates statistics that capture how easy it is to get around the area.)
- Education Grade: B (Incorporates the average Niche K-12 overall grade for every public school serving the area, where each school is weighted by the number of students it serves.)
- Community Grade: B- (Incorporates statistics that capture an area’s involvement and investment in the community.)
- Housing Grade: B- (Incorporates statistics that capture how good an area is to purchase a home.)
- Jobs Grade: B+ (Incorporates statistics that capture an area’s opportunity for employment and economic stability)
- Crime & Safety Grade: C+ (Incorporates statistics that capture a location’s general safety)
- Health & Fitness Grade: B- (Incorporates statistics that capture a location’s general well-being and access to care)
- Outdoor Activities Grade: B- (Incorporates statistics that capture a location’s access and proclivity towards outdoor activities)
- Weather Grade: B+ (Incorporates statistics that capture a location’s general, year-round weather)
