A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEALY, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN SAID CITY AND SEALY ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION FOR FISCAL YEAR 2016.

12. Discussion and possible action to approve a letter of agreement by and between the City of Sealy and Sealy Economic Development Corporation for funding a portion of the maintenance and operations of the Jacqueline A. Cryan Memorial Park for Fiscal Year 2016.

13. Discussion and possible action to approve a letter of agreement by and between the City of Sealy and Sealy Economic Development Corporation for funding of a portion of the Main Street Program for Fiscal Year 2016.

14. Discussion and possible action regarding the recommendation by the Sports Commission to endorse and allow Local Bike Racing to hold bike racing events to be staged at B&PW Park.

15. Discussion and possible action to consider a request for variance to allow 138kV transmission power line above ground as requested by Enterprise Crude Pipeline and recommended for approval by the City of Sealy Planning Commission.
