9. Discussion and possible action to waive fees for the use of the Hill Community Center and Liedertafel Hall by organizations providing free administrative services to flood victims.

- Discussion pertaining to economic development pursuant to Section 551.087 of the Texas Government Code.
- Executive session for consultation with City Attorney to receive legal advice on legal matters pursuant to Section 551.071 of Texas Government Code.

12. Discussion and possible action to retain Randle Law Office as outside legal counsel for the City of Sealy and authorize the City Manager to negotiate and enter into a legal service agreement with Randle Law Office.
