Discussion and possible motion to reconsider agenda item 19 of the June 14, 2016, Sealy City Council meeting, related to contribution for survey costs, due to other party’s non-agreement with the offered contract, in accordance with Section 2-36.(5)l.4. of the Code of Ordinances (“action relating to any contract may be reconsidered at any time before the final execution thereof”). (In accordance with Sec. 2-36.(5)l.4.(b) of the Code of Ordinances, if a motion to reconsider is made and passes, “Deliberation may not resume on the matter, but it will be placed on the next available agenda for deliberation.”)
