AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEALY, TEXAS, ESTABLISHING AND PROVIDING RATES FOR SERVICE OF THE NATURAL GAS DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM OF THE CITY; ESTABLISHING FEES FOR CONNECTION TO SAID SYSTEM; PROVIDING FOR CASH DEPOSITS FOR SERVICE; PROVIDING FOR THE PAYMENT THEREOF; CONTAINING OTHER PROVISIONS RELATING TO THE SUBJECT; REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 2016-24 ADOPTED ON THE 19TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER 2016, AND ALL OTHER ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT OR INCONSISTENT WITH THIS ORDINANCE; AND PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY.  (This is the first of two readings.)
