This is a developing story but, the information that we have been able to gather so far is that a 95 year old male was struck and killed on Hwy 36 in Sealy around 9:30 this morning.  The gentleman was known to the area for walking 3-4 miles every morning before returning to his home on Trenckmann Road.  The gentleman was crossing Hwy 36 at Peters San Felipe Rd. to return home when he was struck by a vehicle.  An eye-witness stated that the vehicle “hit the man at full speed”.  We are awaiting further details from DPS office who worked the scene and will update this story with more information as it is sent to us.
