The 24th-ranked Blinn College women’s basketball team coasted past Coastal Bend 77-41 in Region XIV play Wednesday in Beeville, Texas.
The Buccaneers (13-5, 4-1 Region XIV) received another strong effort from their reliable defense and backed that performance up with a stellar offensive showing.
Three players scored at least 12 points for Blinn, while three others were within two points or less of reaching double figures.
“It was a really good team road win for us,” Bucs head coach Jeff Jenkins said. “All 11 of our players got good playing time tonight and played extremely hard for us.”
