This afternoon saw more incidence at the Waller County Jail. The New Black Panther Party held a rally outside brandishing weapons, flags and their bullhorn. A huge contingency of police were on hand to keep the rally civil. Many of the police were from Harris County which was called upon to assist Waller County. Not only were there armed police on hand but mounted police as well. Below is video of the incident from Fox News 26 Houston and Breitbart Texas:
