Wild Game Processing Team Player Mission:
To aid in accomplishing our mission, to provide complete customer satisfaction, the Wild Game Processing Team Player shall produce wild game products while working as a team player to accomplish the ultimate goal.
Essential Functions: Handle raw wild game meat including deboning, grinding and stuffing.¦ Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards as determined by the USDA.¦ Follow instructions, including recipe printouts and grinding tags.¦ Assist in the packaging of products using a vacuum sealer or bulk methods, including attention to detail with orders being pushed through.¦ Help with custom processing orders in the off-season¦ Have the knowledge to use equipment in the room including grinders, saws, stuffers, etc.¦ Assist the Customer Service Representative with managing freezers and coolers, including pulling/receiving orders.¦ Other jobs/tasks as determined by the Wild Game Supervisors/Team Leader.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
