Responsibilities

 

  • Receive large shipments and match the contents with the details on the invoice.
  • Verify the PO or BOL making sure that the product matches the items and quantity shipped.
  • Ensure that the goods are stocked safely in the warehouse.
  • Document the information about the shipment like the weight of the parcel, the number of parcels, the duty charges and other parameters as well.
  • Monitor the net expenses and related data for goods that are shipped to the consumers as well.
  • Identify issues with shortage of merchandise, damaged, or prolong demand. Make adjustment to stocks accordingly.

 


Qualifications

 

  • Ability to handle multiple large deliveries.
  • Ability to create and print invoices.
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office preferably MS Outlook and MS Excel.
  • Good communication skills, organizational skills for keeping records of invoices, bill of lading, PO, etc.
  • Self-motivated and a Team player
  • Proactive in terms of taking the initiative to perform tasks as required
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and follow-through skills
  • Reliable, Time Management, detail oriented and accurate in providing information to associates
  • Ability to utilize MHE equipment (forklift, order picker, electric pallet jack)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to meet cutoff periods and deadlines

 


Environment

 

  • Job duties may require frequent standing and occasional need to lift or move up to 50 pounds.
  • May encounter extreme hot or cold climates and dusty conditions while pulling product orders.
  • May be required to work annual physical inventory.
