**Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated Veterinary Receptionist/ Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for animals and excellent customer service skills.
**Responsibilities:**
- Greet clients and their pets with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding their pet's care and treatment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
**Skills:**
- Knowledge of veterinary terminology
- Previous experience as a veterinary assistant is advantageous
- Strong background in animal care and handling
