My Swim Instructor is looking to hire professional and experienced swim instructors to teach private, semi-private, and small-group swim lessons in our clients' private homes and community pools, all within your location and surrounding cities. We provide the clients—you set the schedule!

Locations: Katy, Houston, The Heights, Sugar Land, Richmond, Rosenberg, and Cypress.

My Swim Instructor is an in-home swim instruction company dedicated to providing a fast and personalized solution for swimmers of all ages and skill levels. We connect clients with professional, effective swim instructors in the comfort of their own pools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private, semi-private (2–3 students), and small-group (4+ students) swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with clients.
• Travel to clients' locations and teach in a variety of environments.
• Create customized lesson plans tailored to each student's abilities and learning style.
• Assess students' skills, monitor progress, and adapt lessons to meet students' and clients' needs.
• Provide a fun, safe, and effective learning experience for all swimmers.
• Communicate with parents, clients, and caregivers regarding student progress.

What to Expect When Working with My Swim Instructor

• Choose your own work schedule.
• Travel to clients' locations within your preferred service area.
• Set your own travel distance limits.
• Receive multiple client opportunities each month.
• Communicate directly with clients and the My Swim Instructor support team to coordinate scheduling and lesson details.

Payment

Payments are sent via Zelle within 1–5 days of receiving your invoice. Additional details will be provided during the application process.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience providing swim instruction to students of any age.
• Proven experience working as a swim instructor.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications, along with American Red Cross Water Safety Instructor (WSI) or Basic Swim Instructor certification.
• Strong swimming ability and thorough knowledge of proper swimming techniques and water safety practices.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Contractors must carry their own liability insurance.
• Swim instructors must provide their own swim instruction equipment.

Pay: $400.00 - $1,000.00 per week
