Duties:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and target markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize profitability
- Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, including setting sales targets and monitoring performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and product development, to ensure effective sales strategies
- Manage key accounts and oversee the account management process
- Drive business development efforts to expand the customer base
- Stay informed about technical aspects of products and services to effectively communicate value propositions to clients

Skills:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a technical sales or outside sales role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
- Strong business acumen with a focus on achieving targets and driving revenue growth

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $76,200.00 - $150,000.00 per year
