at Heritage Square Apartments

Must have excellent organizational, administrative and communication skills. Yardi experience preferred but will train. Computer proficiency Microsoft Office, Internet & Email) a Plus!

Tax Credit/RD Experience required but will train. Please submit resume.

Job duties to include but not limited to gathering tenant information, services, answering phone, working with maintenance to maintain property, etc.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Wallis, TX 77485: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
