Responsibilities

As a Parts Salesperson with WCTractor, you will play a crucial role in facilitating customer requests and providing valuable information about our products. Your daily interactions with customers and collaboration with our sales team will help maintain our high standards of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Greeting customers and assisting them in finding the parts they need, answering questions, providing product usage education, and offering advice for maintenance and installation.
• Managing inventory and ensuring that all parts are correctly stocked and displayed for optimal visibility and accessibility.
• Addressing customer dissatisfaction creatively, especially when dealing with backorders, damaged parts, or stock-outs, to maintain positive business relationships.
• Organizing merchandise and participating in modifying displays to reflect current inventory, sales, and promotions.
• Calculating sales totals, considering factors such as discounts, store credit, promotions, and flash sales.
• Labeling different parts based on their function and price using predetermined methods for organization and documentation.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following minimum requirements:

• A two-year degree or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to quickly learn about a variety of parts.
• Personable, friendly, and willing to listen.
• Three to five years of customer service experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with stocking and organizing inventory is preferred.
