Parts Manager Responsibilities
As a Parts Manager with WCTractor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our inventory meets the needs of both our internal service teams and our valued customers. Your focus will be on managing inventory effectively, optimizing stock levels, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain optimal stock levels to ensure seamless operations for internal service and repair departments.
- Monitor and manage the parts inventory, anticipating needs based on promotions, market trends, and suggested stock orders.
- Ensure the security and quality of inventory, conducting regular audits and assessments.
- Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring availability and quality of parts.
- Train and mentor parts staff to deliver excellent service to both internal and external customers.
Parts Manager Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of one year of related experience in parts management or a similar role.
- Strong customer service skills with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with inventory management software.
- Ability to stand for up to eight hours at a time and perform physical tasks as needed.
