Part Time Library Assistant
The Austin County Library System is seeking a detail oriented and customer service
focused part-time library assistant for the Knox Memorial Library in Wallis, TX.
Duties include checking in and shelving books; assisting library customers with
checkout and registering for library cards; and providing assistance with library
programs, displays and program flyers. Duties may also include answering account
inquiries and assisting the public with library computers. Bilingual (English /
Spanish) skills beneficial. Hours required: Tuesday 8 am – 5pm, Thursday 8 am –
5pm, and Saturday 8:30 am – 12:30 pm. Applications may be downloaded at
