MACHINE OPERATOR
FOAM POURING OPERATOR
Monday - Friday, mandatory overtime and occasional Saturdays as needed
4:00 am - until job complete
$17.00 per hour
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
• Set up foam pouring line
• Pump and transfer chemicals
• Operate gauge board, cut-off saw and vacuum booth
• Unload from railroad cars
• Any general clean up required
• Follow all quality/safety requirements and procedures
• Keep a clean and orderly workplace
• Perform other duties assigned by supervisor/lead person
• Participate in the Continuous Quality Improvement Process
• Identify and/or record any problems relating to the product, process and the quality system
• Initiate, recommend or provide solutions through designated channels
• Verify the implementation of solutions,
• Control further processing, delivery or installation of non-conforming product until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected
• Initiate solutions to a quality-related problem by communicating the problem to management. The success of a solution to a quality problem is verified by internal quality audits and management review
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to operate gauge board, cut-off saw, vacuum booth
• Must be able to stand and bend for long periods of time
