Position Summary

As our first full-time Auto Glass Technician, you will become the foundation of our field operations.

Your experience, craftsmanship, professionalism, and ideas will help shape how Superior Glass & Calibration operates for years to come.

This is more than another installation job.

Primary Responsibilities

Perform windshield replacements on domestic and foreign vehicles.

Perform side glass, vent glass, quarter glass, back glass, and other automotive glass replacements.

Safely remove and install automotive glass using OEM and industry best practices.

Inspect replacement glass prior to installation.

Protect customer vehicles before, during, and after every installation.

Maintain exceptional workmanship standards.

Complete installation documentation and photographs.

Maintain company inventory, tools, and equipment.

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional company vehicle.

Communicate professionally with customers before, during, and after each job.

Represent Superior Glass & Calibration with professionalism and integrity.

Identify opportunities to improve customer service, quality, and operational efficiency.

Support continuous improvement initiatives throughout the company.

Sales & Customer Service

Superior Glass & Calibration is a sales and service organization.

While we have owners who love to showcase our company, and a customer service representative who is there to serve you and our customers, every employee contributes to the growth of the company.

As an Auto Glass Technician, you are expected to provide exceptional customer service while identifying opportunities to better serve our customers.

This includes developing relationships with customers, dealerships, repair facilities, fleet managers, insurance professionals, and business partners encountered during your daily work.

Sales opportunities, referrals, customer reviews, and business development efforts are recognized and rewarded.

Qualifications

Minimum two years of professional auto glass installation experience preferred.

Ability to independently perform windshield replacements.

Experience replacing side glass, quarter glass, and back glass.

Excellent customer service skills.

Professional appearance.

Positive attitude.

Strong work ethic.

Dependable attendance.

Excellent communication skills.

Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Ability to safely lift 75 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications

ADAS calibration experience.

AGRSS or AGSC training.

Dealership experience.

Fleet account experience.

Experience mentoring or training technicians.
