Job Summary of Cart Crew Member: We are seeking highly motivated individuals who are committed to providing outstanding customer service. Joining our team means taking charge of a crucial role in enhancing the members' shopping experience from start to finish In the member Cart Crew Member role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well-kept parking lot which includes helping members with their purchases, and ensure there are carts ready and available. You will also assist our members with their club pick up orders, helping them load their vehicles, and support creating a great member experience. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go. Rain or shine, sleet or snow, our members count on you.You thrive in fast-paced environments.You're a multi-tasker at heart.You keep member satisfaction as your top priority.You can stand for long periods of time while assisting members quickly and accurately.You're a problem solver who tackles obstacles head-on to ensure each task is completed with excellence.Maintaining a positive attitude by smiling, greeting and thanking members.Providing exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed, answering any questions they may have.Maintaining a clean, neat, and member-ready area Responsibilities of Cart Crew Member: • Notifies club members about pickup time delays and ensures their orders are ready for pickup upon arrival • As a responsible business, we understand the importance of notifying our members whenever a product is unavailable and are committed to providing them timely updates • Offering substitute product selections to members who require them and following established company policies for packaging and selection • Making certain that members receive the products upon their arrival; settling disputes and apprehensions of customers; and advertising the commodities and amenities offered by the organization. • The safety protocols of the company are followed by conducting safety scans, monitoring the handling of merchandise, and notifying facility management of any hazardous conditions promptly, thus maintaining the facility's safety. • Successful member service involves recognizing and addressing the unique needs of each member • Supporting customers in their decision-making process while purchasing; managing customer orders; managing different payment methods based on company policies; operating cash registers to process transactions; categorizing and maintaining merchandise displays; organizing designated areas; settling customer grievances; advertising company merchandise and services; controlling the availability of carts/flatbeds; facilitating the transportation of customer purchases; using cart retrieval equipment following company guidelines; and ensuring parking lots remain clean. Consistently meets work obligations through meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to excellence. Maintains effective working relationships with team members, management, and external partners, seeking to resolve challenges collaboratively and constructively. Keeps all parties up to date with frequent progress reports and pertinent information.
