Responsibilities
• Lead the Navasota store’s operations with strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Manage daily operations, including staffing, inventory, customer service, and sales.
• Leverage technology to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Drive revenue growth and improve store profitability by implementing innovative strategies.
• Ensure excellent customer service while meeting sales goals.
• Train, develop, and manage staff to ensure the team is engaged and productive.
• Collaborate with leadership to align store performance with company goals.
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum two years retail leadership experience. Farming, ranching, agriculture experience strongly preferred.
• Extensive customer service experience required
• Computer skills required
• Must be able to stand for up to eight hours at a time
