We are currently seeking a skilled Document Imaging Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview:

As a Document Imaging Specialist at Pepper Well File Management, you will play a crucial role in the digitization and management of our clients' documents. You will be responsible for scanning, indexing, and organizing a variety of documents with precision and accuracy. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong communication skills, and thrive in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities:

· Utilize document imaging software and hardware to scan and digitize paper documents.

· Ensure the accuracy and quality of scanned documents by adhering to established standards and protocols.

· Perform data entry and indexing tasks to categorize and organize digitized documents effectively.

· Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and optimize workflow efficiency.

· Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables.

· Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information throughout the document imaging process.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

· Proven experience in document imaging services, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.

· Proficiency in document imaging software and hardware, such as Adobe Acrobat, Kodak Capture Pro, or similar tools.

· Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy while working with large volumes of documents.

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.

· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.

· Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to document imaging equipment and software.

· Familiarity with document management systems and best practices for document organization and retrieval is a plus.
