When did following the Constitution become optional? When did it become “progress & compromise” to violate the Supreme Law of the land? When government became our Rulers & people became subjects.

“No legislative act, therefore, contrary to the Constitution, can be valid. To deny this, would be to affirm, that the deputy is greater than his principal; that the servant is above his master; that the representatives of the people are superior to the people themselves…” ~ Federalist #78

When we allow Congress to pick and choose what aspects of the Constitution they want to follow we actually put them ABOVE the Supreme Law of the Land. We tell them they are superior to the very people that elected them. And then we scratch our heads and wonder why they treat us like inferior subjects.

The greatest and most vicious attacks I get in social media are not from the liberals…they are from the “conservatives” who get mad when I point out that their “favorite” is not following the Constitution. I am criticized for expecting politicians to be “perfect.” I am NOT asking any person to be perfect. I am only asking them to do what they expect of me…FOLLOW THE LAW.

Why is it that a Congressman who follows the Constitution 85% of the time is a “Constitutional Conservative Champion” above reproach and a citizen who follows the laws Congress makes 85% of the time is a criminal? Isn’t the Constitution still the Supreme LAW of the Land?

KrisAnne Hall is an attorney and former prosecutor, fired after teaching the Constitution to TEA Party groups – she would not sacrifice liberty for a paycheck. She is a disabled veteran of the US Army, a Russian linguist, a mother, a pastor’s wife and a patriot. She now travels the country and teaches the Constitution and the history that gave us our founding documents. KrisAnne Hall does not just teach the Constitution, she lays the foundations that show how reliable and relevant our founding documents are today. She presents the “genealogy” of the Constitution– the 700 year history and five foundational documents that are the very Roots of American Liberty.
