The Greater Sealy Chamber of Commerce held its highly anticipated annual banquet on Friday, February 21, 2025, at the American Legion Hall, bringing the vibrant spirit of Mardi Gras to the local community. Attendees enjoyed an evening of lively music, delicious food, and spirited bidding on auction items, all in a festive atmosphere filled with green, purple, and gold decor reminiscent of Bourbon Street.

The event, which serves as a major fundraiser for the Chamber, featured Judge Tim Lapham as the Master of Ceremonies. Guests were treated to a delectable dinner prepared by Tiger Cafe, the Sealy High School Culinary Arts Department, while stunning table centerpieces, crafted by the Sealy High School Floral Department, added to the ambiance. Beer for the evening was generously provided by Mike Hopkins Distributing and Kristen Distributing Company, and the margarita machine was sponsored by CHAMP.
