The EEA (Extension Education Association) of Austin County, which is a direct part of the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service, sponsored a cultural arts opportunity for its members and friends to prepare for a host of holiday cultural arts items.  Joan Buenger of Bleiblerville EEA instructed and hosted the event in Industry, Texas.  At the end of the workshop, each member left with a holiday specialty items which definitely showcased their creative abilities.  More than likely, their work will be on display at the 2015 Austin County Fair.  See you there!   Extension programs serve people of all ages regardless of socioeconomic level, race, color, sex, religion, disability, or national origin.  If you would like to learn more or become a member of the Texas Extension Education Association of Austin County, please feel free to contact Michelle Allen, County Extension Agent -Family and Consumer Sciences at (979) 865-2078.
