The Pentagon has long claimed that its nuclear forces are its highest priority, but a new report makes that claim seem ludicrous.  The reality is that America’s nuclear weapons and storage arsenals are in woeful disrepair. The report reveals some of the shocking details. Secretary of Defense Chuck Hagel says that it will take $10 billion to restore the nuclear force. The chilling reality is that, if defense of America truly were a top priority of American leadership, this condition would not have developed.
