Camp Journey is designed to create meaningful outdoor experiences for children of all abilities. Activities are adapted to each childโs needs, ensuring every participant feels supported and included. Each child will receive a Fishing Fun Pack complete with a rod and reel, tackle box, T-shirt, hat, and a personalized photo plaque to commemorate the experience.
ย
Pre-registration is required, and space is limited. Children must be at least six years old, and a parent or guardian must accompany them throughout the event.

Volunteers are also needed to help make the day successful. Community members can assist with fishing guidance, setup and cleanup, registration, serving lunch, and one-on-one support for participants. Volunteers should arrive by 8:00 a.m. and expect to serve for approximately six hours. Anglers with bank-fishing experience are especially encouraged to sign up, though no experience is necessaryโjust a willingness to help.
