The Blinn men are 14th out of 20, while the women are 14th out of 27. A new set of rankings will be issued in February in time for the beginning of the spring season.
Both the Buccaneer men and women finished ranked at the conclusion of the 2021 spring campaign. The women’s team was 14th overall while the men’s team was 18th.
During the fall, the Buccaneer men placed in the top eight at each of their four tournaments. Their best finish came at the Tyler Junior College Fall Invitational on Sept. 26 at the Pine Springs Golf Club in Tyler, Texas. The Bucs placed first, while sophomore Cameron Gray tied for first as an individual.
The Blinn women also competed in four tournaments in the fall, with their best finish coming at the University of Houston-Victoria Fall Classic on Oct. 14, where they placed third.
The Blinn men and women will begin their respective spring seasons at the Claude Jacobs Invitational on Feb. 14, 2022, in Victoria, Texas.
Blinn has competed in intercollegiate athletics since 1903 and captured 42 NJCAA national championships since 1987.
