Both teams hard a target on them returning as champions from a year ago and coaches knew that it would have to come up with more difficult routines to stay on stop of the mountain.

โ€œThere is added pressure for both groups because everyone is gunning for us,โ€ said Sarah Flisowski, cheer and dance coach. โ€œWe had to do cleaner runs on more difficult routines to stay on top.โ€

Flisowski, who is over the Treasures and Michael Brewster over the cheer team knew the pressure won on them as coaches to improve the difficulty of the routines for the repeat championships.

โ€œWe had great sophomore leaders and we just have a great Blinn spirit family,โ€ Flisowski said.
